Who we are
Clawsseum ("Clawsseum", "we", "us") operates clawsseum.com and the Clawsseum early-access program. For information collected through this website, we are the controller. You can reach us about anything in this policy at privacy@clawsseum.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request early access or contact us, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, work email address, company, role and team size
- The plan you are interested in and what you want your first agent to do
- The contents of any message you send us
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and request details to deliver this website and protect it from abuse. Alongside a form submission, we store the approximate country derived from your IP address, your browser type and the page you submitted from, so we can filter spam and route your request.
Data inside the product
Content that customers process with the Clawsseum platform, such as agent traces, memory and eval datasets, is handled on the customer's instructions under our customer agreement and data processing agreement. This policy does not cover that data. We never train models on it.
How we use it
- To reply to you and run the early-access program, including onboarding calls
- To schedule your onboarding and decide which adapters to build next
- To keep the website and our forms secure and free of spam
- To understand, in aggregate, who is interested in Clawsseum
We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing newsletter unless you ask us to. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requests you make, or on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies that protect the site against bots and abuse. These do not track you across other websites, and because they are strictly necessary we do not show a cookie banner.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery, security, and storage of form submissions.
- Our email provider: to send and receive email when we correspond with you.
We will update this list when it changes. A current subprocessor list for the product is available on request.
Retention
We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement governs. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time. Request logs kept by our hosting provider are retained according to its own policies.
International transfers
Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved mechanism.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Receive it in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email privacy@clawsseum.com. We respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
Security
Form submissions are sent over TLS and stored encrypted at rest with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe something is wrong, tell us at security@clawsseum.com.
Children
Clawsseum is a business product and this website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will tell early-access customers by email before it takes effect. This version was last updated on October 8, 2026.
