Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Clawsseum ("Clawsseum", "we", "us"). If you use Clawsseum on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the service.
Early access
The Clawsseum platform is in early access. Features may change, move between plans or be removed, and some are labeled beta because they are not finished. We may limit, suspend or end early access at any time. Service levels, including uptime commitments, apply only where they are stated in a signed order form.
Accounts
- Clawsseum is for business use. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials, API keys and adapter secrets safe.
- Tell us promptly at security@clawsseum.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the agents you build and what they do. You agree not to use Clawsseum to:
- Break the law, or infringe or misappropriate anyone's rights
- Send spam, harass people, or impersonate a person or organization in a way that deceives
- Distribute malware or gain unauthorized access to any system, including through an adapter
- Make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without appropriate human review
- Violate the usage policies of the model providers and services you connect
- Probe, scan or test our systems except as described in our responsible disclosure policy
- Work around usage limits, or copy or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it
We may suspend agents or accounts that put the service, other customers or third parties at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.
Your data
You own the content, data and code you bring to Clawsseum and the outputs your agents produce. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide and secure the service for you. We do not train models on your data, and we do not sell it. How we handle personal data inside the product is described in our data processing agreement, available on request.
Our property
We own the Clawsseum platform, website, documentation and brand, including the Agent SDK, Adapters, Evals and Runtime. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Third-party services
Adapters connect your agents to services run by others, such as model providers, CRMs and messaging platforms. Your use of those services is governed by your agreements with them. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make that affect an adapter.
Fees
Early access is free unless you sign an order form for a paid plan. Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page or in your order form. Model usage billed by your providers under your own keys is between you and them.
Confidentiality
Each of us will protect the other's non-public information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms. This does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, or lawfully received from someone else.
Disclaimers
During early access, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing their output and for the approvals and limits you configure.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using Clawsseum at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we end the early-access program. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it, except where we must keep it by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clawsseum is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. We will post changes here and update the date at the top, and we will email early-access customers about material changes before they take effect. This version was last updated on October 8, 2026. Questions go to hello@clawsseum.com.
